SSI Security is a long established firm specialising in licensed venue security. We pride ourselves on offering a personable, customer-focused service, and ensure our security staff are great ambassadors for your business.
We have contracts with most of the major chains including, Mitchell & Bulter, Spirit, Regent Inn and Tatchell Castle Group, as well a serving smaller chains and independents.
Some of our clients have over 100 sites nationwide, which demonstrates the number of highly trained security personnel in our organisation. As we have grown we have never lost sight of the need to offer a personalised and tailor made service. We are highly flexible and able to fulfill clients’ needs nationwide. All our door supervisors and security officers are fully trained in the issues surrounding:

Not only are they trained to SIA standards we add in-house and on-site training, which makes our service unique. We are constantly re-evaluating training methods and responding to new industry standards and relevant legislation.
The SSI Security service starts with a meeting with one of our managers, who will visit your venue and undertake a risk assessment, paying particular attention to potential ‘hot-spots’, health & safety and compliance issues. Together we will work out exactly which services you want our company to undertake.We will then create induction folder on your premises, which will tell all security personnel about your:
• Venue details (fire escapes, floors, toilets, cigarette machines etc)• Healthy & Safety information
• Quality policy
• Code of conduct
The SSI area manager will run through all this information on-site to ensure all staff are thoroughly briefed on the particulars of your premises before they start work.
SSI Security recognises that contingency planning and business continuity are critical for all businesses and so we have systems in place to deal with these issues. Our Emergency Contingency Procedures will ensure you will always have an out of office response service and our Operations Managers are contactable 24 hours a day.
