Bespoke Service

We tailor make our service for each client and develop an operational procedure unique to every site we safeguard. An Operational Manager will make an initial site visit, and then manage the contract on an ongoing basis, and maintain continued dialogue between your company and ours to ensure that the T-Class security solution always matches your needs.  

Quality Assurance

We understand that your image is very important and ensure that our staff reflect this. You will be assigned regular security guards, but in the unlikely event you are unhappy with one, they can be replaced within 24-hours.

We encourage your feedback and undertake monthly Customer Satisfaction reports. An Operations Manager and Company Director will also be in touch on a monthly basis, to ensure your continued satisfaction with the T-Class personal service.

We liaise regularly with police and local authorities, and enjoy good relations with both – another thing to assure your peace of mind.

Training and Standards

T-Class is a SIA Approved Contractor, as well as having ISO9001:2000 accreditation, meaning all our staff are trained and operate to the highest possible standards. We also we run specialist in-house initiatives, such as our retail training course, which makes our staff aware of retail law and other associated issues.

24/ 7 Service

At T-Class we recognise security is an around the clock industry – we don’t come off duty simply because your store or corporate site closes. We offer a constant call out service, and our Emergency Control Room handles out-of-hours operations. We hope you’ll never need it, but it’s there if you do.
